Admission Process
The front office staff at the Admission Desk in the Ground Floor will assist you during the admission process. They will generate a Unique Hospital Identification Number (UHID) for the patient and all the medical records will be maintained and stored by the hospital for all future reference. They will also give instructions to help you with the necessary documentation required through-out the stay of the patient.
Those who have enrolled under the MHIS scheme and who wish to seek benefits of their smart card would have to visit the MHIS desk in the Ground Floor for the hospitalisation of the patient.
Those looking to avail cashless services should inform the admission desk during the registration and admission.
On deciding the preferred room type, you will be required to fill in the inpatient consent form. A staff will escort you to the allotted room/bed and make you feel comfortable.
Admissions are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
