RADIOLOGY

Radio diagnosis is used for diagnosis, therapy, and research on various human conditions and diseases. Supercare Hospital boasts a fully-equipped Radio Diagnosis department staffed with specialists assisted by resourceful and knowledgeable staff. Apart from providing key technologies like MRI, CT, XRAY and USG, we also prioritize efficient turnaround time for reports so there are no delays in the patient’s larger treatment schedule.

MRI – Magnetic Resonance Imaging uses magnetic field gradients to form images of human organs and is a very crucial technology in the identification of anomalies.

CT – Adding another physical dimension to the 2D XRAY technology, Computerized tomography (CT) scans provide more detailed information by gathering images of the body from multiple angles and consolidating them as cross-sectional images of various organs and parts of the anatomy.

XRAY – One of the most popular diagnostic methods for initial analysis, XRAY uses electromagnetic radiation to create pictures of the internal body structure.

USG – An Ultrasound Sonography Test is done on the abdomen or pelvic region, using high-frequency sound waves. It is the preferred test to monitor developing fetuses during pregnancy. USG can also be used to provide images for other conditions not related to maternal or pregnancy issues. Scans of kidneys, bladder, pancreas, spleen, liver and other organs can be done with a USG.
