Surgical Oncology is a specialized field of medicine that focuses on the surgical treatment of cancer. The Surgical Oncology Department at Supercare was started with the aim to provide high level cancer services, following the latest guidelines and protocols, with an emphasis on compassion, patient dignity and comfort. Our Surgical oncologists work closely with other members of the oncology team, including medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and pathologists, to develop a comprehensive treatment plan for cancer patients. Surgery may be the primary treatment or part of a multimodal approach, which may include chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or immunotherapy.
