We are committed to providing a safe, quiet and healthy environment for our patients. We value and recognise that family and friends are an important part the patient’s recovery process. We have arranged specific timings to visit patients to ensure that visitors do not cause any disturbance to the smooth functioning of the hospital. Hence, we request visitors to abide by the following guidelines:
Patient’s care is our top priority and so for their comfort we request you to limit your visitors during visiting hours and to not overstay your time in the patient’s room. Keep visits short and quiet.
Please note that visitors may be restricted according to a patient’s medical condition and/or special needs.
Visits by children under the age of 12 are not allowed on patient floors. This is to protect children from catching any infection
Sanitise hands before and after visiting
Use of mobile phones is prohibited where critical medical equipment and patient monitoring systems are in operation. If you must use your cell phone in approved areas, please speak in a soft tone so that other patients are not disturbed.
People with fever, cold sores, cough, nasal drainage, colds, diarrhea, or any contagious disease should not visit patients.
To maintain privacy, visitors may be asked to leave the room during tests or treatments or when doctor/nurses consult with a patient.
The entire hospital premise is a “NO SMOKING ZONE”; please do not smoke inside the hospital campus.
In case of fire, use Fire staircase following signage.

To ensure you locate your patient correctly, please find out the patient’s full name, ward and bed no. before you visit the hospital.
